Winters in me
Fog outside and fog inside...
All the morning, throughout the night,
Dulling the bright and blurring my sight;
Fog outside and fog inside...
It scares me at times, this foggy plight,
It clogs my dreams and hinders my flight;
Fog outside and fog inside...
All my childhood, all my life,
I think this fog won’t ever leave my side;
Fog outside and fog inside...
This fog and its blinds are not merely to fright,
They give me peace, sometimes in day and sometimes at
night;
Fog inside and fog outside...
I walk out my door,
for my evening stride,
Mesmerized by the world, this magical fog has beautified;
Fog inside and fog outside...
Unbelievable it may
seem, but it fills my heart with hope & love & light,
Such a beautiful
delight, like love at first sight !
