ANOTHER DAY

Another day went by;

            Revamping the reality

            An inescapable calamity

            I need some more clarity

            Cuz life’s full of superficiality.

Another day went by;

            Life has taken it’s toll     

            I just can’t let it roll

            Someone please let me unfold

            The story untold.

Another day went by;

            Just can’t carry it on

            I’m too hysteric to move on

            Already whipsawn

            Disguised as a moron.

Another day went by;

            World expecting me to be alright

            But that lonesome foresight

            Made my heart affright

            By the cognizance of the ravaged outfight.

Another day went by;

            It’s not getting out of my head

            I feel more like a fathead

            I am overfed

            Cuz I just can’t vent those words unsaid.

Another day went by;

            I am trying to runaway

            From this inescapable fray

            It was just a misplay

            Don’t let this affliction outstay.

Another day went by;

            I'm feeling totally abate

            But I’ll surely await

            I know it’s not a stalemate

            It will soon mitigate
